Returns & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your Winnie & Wells gift. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided that:

  • The gift box and all contents are in new, unused condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and inserts are included

  • The items have not been washed, worn, or personalized

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at us@winnieandwells.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

We’ll reply with return instructions and the appropriate return address. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packing every gift box. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a material defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at us@winnieandwells.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

We will review your claim and, when approved, arrange a replacement item or comparable alternative based on inventory availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or denial of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • If your return does not meet the conditions above (e.g., items show signs of use or are missing packaging), a partial refund or denial may apply.

If you do not see an approved refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank and credit card company first. If it still hasn’t appeared, contact us at us@winnieandwells.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food items, if applicable)

  • Personalized or custom items

These items cannot be refunded or exchanged except in the case of damage or defect upon arrival.
